About Us

Here at A.C.Reid Engineering we were founded in 1992 and we are situated on the west coast of Cumbria.

Our policy has always been to offer a high quality product with a nationwide customer base. Therefore, we regularly send consignments to the north of Scotland to the south coast of England through a next day delivery service with our local carrier. For this, the customer is charged at cost for the transport.

Whilst we have grown we have also successfully built up a bank of CNC lathes and machining centres which are able to produce high precision components. Our operators are well trained in using the machines we have.
