Microbubble Generating Pumps
For more information about Microbubble Generating Pumps please contact us.Nikuni KTM pumps create dense clouds of small microbubbles - the average bubble size discharged being ~25µm (microns). The consistent size of the microbubbles produced provides excellent flotation and some mixing, faster gas-to-liquid transfer and microbubble effectiveness is increased due to the consistency of the bubble size and the density of the microbubble clouds produced. Microbubbles can be generated at smaller diameters if required using special additional equipment, but their range of uses changes and diminishes as the bubble diameter reduces, particularly for separation using flotation applications. Aeration & Mixing posess a useful knowledge of microbubble applications and which techniques can be applied for different industrial processes.
