Nikuni NAX standalone hydrocyclone separator systems are fully automated packages suitable for CNC machining centres and precision grinding installations, completely eliminating the need for costly replacement filter media. As with all Nikuni hydrocyclone products, a majority of metallic particles present in machine tool coolant can be removed in one pass (95% of aluminium down to 10um, 97% of cast iron down to 10um). The practical results are consistently clean coolant, shorter finishing times, reduced tool wear, lower labour costs and the elimination of costly filter media and the cost of contaminated element disposal.
