- Condale Plastics’ extensive manufacturing facility provides the flexibility to produce plastic extrusions in all shapes and sizes to suit a diverse range of applications. - Our 6,000 square metre manufacturing facility includes a state-of-the-art tool room and 33 extrusion lines including a separate clean medical unit for the production of medical grade extrusions. - Our extrusion lines can handle plastic profiles up to 300mm wide and plastic tubes from 2mm to 160mm in diameter, which we can cut to length or coil as needed. - We can also achieve a variety of finishes ranging from a high gloss appearance through satin to profiles with a rougher, textured finish.
