Easiform Products are specialist manufacturers in plastic vacuum forming and fabrication, creating items in mainly thick wall material. We offer frame forming sizes from 305mm x 405mm up to 1250mm x 1830mm with all our finishing being carried out on a five axis CNC trimming machine.

We create items for use in the following environments: Sanitary Ware for disabled children's furniture, after market vehicle products, the marine industry, coach building extras, the electronics industry and transit packaging for toys and furnishings. Easiform Products also have a number design & tool making facility.


Easiform Products currently have Four Vacuum forming machines. They are employed in a wide range of uses from large and small prototyping to regular customer production. We produce items in a large range of material thickness from .7mm up to 8mm on frame sizes up to 1.8mts x 1.2mt.

We work very closely with a specialist material handling company giving us a large variety of applications for our customers.

Our fabrication is undertaken in both boxes and pallets for "Multi trip packaging". Divider sets are "Flow welded" in polypropylene which are both removable and fixed. Supply is mainly to the Aerospace and the automotive industry. For more about Easiform Products please contact us.
