Drag finishing

With drag-finishing, work pieces are mounted on special work piece holders. These are dragged or pulled in a circular motion at high speed through a container filled with polishing or grinding media. The motion creates high contact pressures between the work pieces and the media, producing perfect results in a very short amount of time in the form of high-precision rounding of the edges or a high-lustre finish in a quality that can otherwise only be obtained through labour intensive hand polishing.
