G Carter’s was formulated in 1962 and is the biggest medium and heavy engineering company on the Fylde Coast. Our premises are located in Thornton near Blackpool, Lancashire, and serve the UK & Worldwide.

Our workshop measures over 16,000 squared feet and is installed with over 35 machines of varying capacities and capabilities. Our strong team of 30 work to enable our nationwide and global client base with a wide range of services. We are specialists in vertical boring and horizontal boring, deep hole boring, ejector drilling, gun drilling, CNC milling and CNC turning.

We specialise in manufacturing premium quality precision engineered components such as exhaust branches, flywheels, various pipes, piston rods, window boxes and frames, agitators, gearboxes, press table and engine assemblies, to name just a few. The ability to offer in house assembly enables us to produce complete assembled components.
