Our price to our clients is fully inclusive and is detailed in full on our comprehensive commercial and technical quotations. Upfront design and DFM related task are completed quickly and efficiently, ensuring that the client is kept informed of necessary details and incorporated into each GA for approval. Detailed DFM reports are maintained for each individual tool with any agreed changes incorporated into original CAD data. We keep the client informed of tooling progress on a weekly basis with MS timing plans and photo based reports. Each tool is broken down individually as well as being part of an overall project timing plan which captures any critical path items, such as material sourcing and logistics. Best Quality pre-production samples are provided from initial trials, but not just despatched without the necessary checks being made. ISIR reports, moulding parameters , photo reports and video is provided to ensure that everyone gets the most out of every trial. Once the tools are delivered to the client, Liondell is always available to attend the trials and support as necessary.
