Our qualified hotline team are at your beck and call, anytime, anywhere in the world. - In order to give the "helpline" an extra remedy for a fast error localisation the majority of our machines are already installed with a modem which should permit the service team to either establish a connection with the machine or with the production-guiding PC. - Regular maintenance maximises the machine’s availability and gives a long-term stability of value. On request we will also complete machine inspections on customer’s site upon which he will receive an explicit report with our recommended measures. - Guaranteed availability of spare parts, best-possible and quick supply, maintenance contracts, service inspections.
