500kg Goods Lift with a finished floor level 3480mm with single face entry exit installed in a 150mm pit enclosed all in a self-supporting cladded panel structure comprised of infilled sheet steel clad panels painted White RAL 9010. Platform size 1500mm x 1500mm finished in Traffic Red RAL 3020, platform enclosed with a 3 sided 1000mm high galvanised handrails for load protection. The door openings at each leave are 13500mm wide x 2000mm high fitted with Perspex viewing panels. Goods Lift operator controls fitted at both levels with push buttons integrated in the door frame these are “Press to Go” one touch controls and operating speed 0,13 m/s. Safety chain 24 VDC, Rupture valve, CRS electronic safety unit according EN81-2 A3 to prevent unintended movement – allowing a person to enter on the platform during loading only. Elevator Safety lock with CE mark according EN81-2, door closer, automatic mechanical lock and unlock from the platform in the door zone (100 mm).
