Trellex Coupling

The Trellex Split-Flange Coupling is designed for use withTrellex Hoses and Bends. The coupling doesn�t not come incontact with the material fl owing through the hose, and is thusnot exposed to wear. Its manufactured from high-strengthaluminium alloy.The Trellex Coupling consists of two or four identical segments,which are fi tted mechanically on the smooth hose. If a segmentis lost or damaged, it can be replaced by any other segmentof the same size. If a hose has to be replaced, the oldcoupling is fi tted to the new hose.The coupling does not have to fi t any specifi c pattern on thehose cover. It is simply rotated around the hose until it isaligned with the connecting fl ange. There is no need to rotatethe hose itself.The coupling is designed for fast, simple fi tting.Neither special tools or skilled personnel are needed. Eachcoupling is delivered with bolts for the side fl anges, squareheadedto prevent them from turning.No other bolts are provided.The Trellex Split-Flange Coupling is compatible with all majorfl ange drilling standards.
