Continuous Batch Weighing Systems

The Main Tech batch weighing system for granular materials is designed to monitor material output at the discharge of a pelletising extruder comprising: • 1 off stainless steel material in-feed hopper with interface connection for pelletiser cyclone, discharge is controlled using a butterfly valve to regulate unloading the material into the batch weighing hopper, a maximum level sensor is placed at 80 litre to stop over filling. • 1 off 50 Litre capacity stainless steel batch weighing hopper is supported on 2 high accuracy load cells, the discharge of the weigh hopper is via a butterfly valve and rigid support frame is provided of both hoppers and the load cells to ensure maximum accuracy. • 1 off centralised system control panel - operator interface (HMI) is equipped with a large colour touch screen display and customised graphics pages which are designed to make the system easy and quick to set up and fault-find on.
