Detuning reactors

A full and comprehensive range of detuning reactors are available. They are rated to withstand the currents likely to be carried when used on a system subject to significant harmonic distortion, and are designed to have a stable inductance at up to 120% of rated currents. All include overtemperature monitoring as standard, enabling an overheating reactor to be safely disconnected before undergoing catastrophic failure. The preferred ratings from 5kVAr to 50kVAr (at 415 volts 3 phase 50 Hz) are typically available for ex-stock delivery. Click here for full technical details.
