The Gilbarco Veeder-Root fuel hose retract cabinet is a forecourt pump which enables the user to extend the hose from the cabinet and access any side of their car when refuelling. The design brief asked for a solution which would allow the hose to extend from the cabinet and was robust as well as economic to produce.
