Rubber Extrusions for Aerospace

Here at Viking Extrusions we are manufacturers of a wide range of Silicone products to aerospace and military customers both at home and overseas. Silicone extrusions have a wide range of applications within the aerospace industry and we are able to provide many different grades, compounds and colours. Accepted industry standards were used in order to develop a silicone rubber compound which would comply with FAR28.853 burn tests and yet still remain lightweight and easily pigmented to specified colours. Here at Viking we provide seals which are suitable for use on civil and military aircraft operating around the globe. Silicone rubber compound VFR603 is one of the most versatile materials which can be used in order to create a seal as it maintains its properties when subjected to heat or extreme cold.
