Rubber Extrusions for Rail and Mass Transit

Here at Viking Extrusions we are well known and highly respected suppliers to the rail & mass transit markets. Current legislation around the world calls for fire retardant & low smoke passenger vehicle fittings. We are able to manufacture and provide silicone VFR (2) products which are is ideally suited to this application. VFR (2) is a superior grade of fire retardant compound which exhibits low smoke, low toxicity characteristics, usually acceptable to the mass transit industry. It has a good physical and dielectric properties over an extensive temperature range. This material has been tested in accordance with BS6853:1999.
