Wickens Joins SMMT

Wickens Engineering is now an Associate Member of The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT), one of the largest and most influential trade associations in the UK, which supports and represents the Automotive sector. Tony Collins, Business Development Director at Wickens said, “Having previously supplied many automotive clients, we are confident that becoming members of the SMMT will benefit us in many ways. “In particular, it will help us to keep abreast of changes to regulations and legislation applicable to the sector. It will also help our prospective clients to identify us as a specialist supplier of storage solutions to their industry.” As a part of the initiative, Wickens is exhibiting at the SMMT Regional Forum in Luton on 12th November 2019. The event comprises of series of seminars, expert presentations and networking opportunities with industry suppliers and manufacturers.
