New Compact mk Tension Plug

mk have extended their range of internal fasteners to include a tension plug with a spring loaded ball bearing to be used with both normal and light profile; and both parallel and butt tension plugs which provide a connection between the 40 series profiles. The spring loaded ball bearing positively locates the tension plug in the groove making vertical installation achievable. It is especially suitable for frames using plain faced profile as it enables profiles to be attached to the plain face surface (some machining required). In addition, the new tension plugs can be used to mount profiles retrospectively, even if the front surface of the profile is closed.
