In 1981, Mr Norman Kemp had established Kemp Packaging Ltd and had begun trading as a small packaging supply company which was operating from Norman’s house, however business was brisk and Norman soon found out that he was unable to operate from home and had then moved into rented offices in Scartho Grimsby.
