RotoLoc 12 clamping system

The new RotoLoc 12 clamping system from Microloc is now available to give manufacturers using rotary tables on their machining centres the ability to machine multiple components in a single clamping set-up. With a quick-change core and a number of adaptor configurations, the RotoLoc 12 can be integrated into a rotary table, indexing station or direct to the CNC table. The robust single ended support system is extremely compact for use in machine tools of all types and sizes. Incorporating a four-sided clamping configuration, the RotoLoc 12 permits three-face machining of four individual components in a single set-up. This innovative new development can significantly reduce set-up and machine loading and unloading times to improve productivity levels for the end user. Using standard Microloc clamping elements, the RotoLoc 12 can be supplied complete with 4th axis of your choice to simplify integration into any machine tool. Furthermore, the rigid and robust core of the RotoLoc 12 is available in 50, 60 and 75-Series configurations to meet the diverse component ranges and sizes of the end user.
