Plunkett Associates is an expert prototype and production parts supplier. From one off prototypes to full production parts, we provide professional materials, tooling and production advice, and will handle all aspects of production.
Established in 2005, we provide a reliable, impartial and knowledgeable service through which manufacturing companies can order prototype and low volume production parts.
Specialising in the transition from prototype to production, we work with a huge range of processes to ensure that the optimum solution is found and that the design addresses the strength of the process, rather than being at odds with it. Quantities are key to getting this right and whilst they may change across the life of a project, they form a vital step in making the correct process decisions.
Clients come to us for our expert materials, tooling and production advice and because we handle all aspects of production from brief to delivery. With access to a full complement of rapid prototyping (RP) technologies from Stereolithography (SLA) and Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) to the more conventional CNC machining and tooling technologies, we will deliver quality prototype and production parts in your timescales.
