Here at PCS ltd we are a subcontract CNC machining company who are able to produce high precision turned / milled components in any material and batch size to meet the needs and requirements of our customers. We employ highly skilled Engineers who have many years experience when it comes to the production of turned / milled components.

Despite specialising in CNC Sliding Head Machines we also provide total machining solutions which include in house CNC turning up 250mm on machines with full Y axis, power tooling as well as sub-spindles, allowing most components to come off complete in one operation.

We can also provide 5 Axis CNC Milling, Heat Treatment as well as Plating, all through our approved suppliers. Another service we can offer is component stockholding which enables our customers to use there budgets more effectively.
