Anisotropic magnets have a superior performance in a specified direction or pattern. They are usually three to four times as strong magnetically as isotropic magnets.The majority of our magnets are anisotropic and our technology enables us to maximise the magnetic strength by orientating the material during the moulding process. We can orientate the magnets axially, radially, conically or in pattern combinations.Our magnets are not made using the sintering process. Sintered magnets are often restricted on capabilities due to the brittleness and nature of the part. For example a sintered magnet may require increased radii on components that we don't require due to the benefits of being able to injection mould the ferrite magnet in a polymer bond.
