At Andel Plastics we provide a post moulding assembly service. This is a service that many customers use by giving us free issue parts, we then mould the necessary plastic components in-house. After moulding we can assemble the components and package so that the customer receives a complete product. Where ever possible we will also offer advise on improvements within the mould tooling to reduce post operations, drilling, machining etc. We also offer over moulding and insert moulding services to reduce post assembly and this is something that as well as cost saving, proves to give a more robust component with a longer lifespan.
