Customers can come to us with an initial concept which can be as simple as a sketch, right up to a 3D solid CAD model.Being involved in the early design process and understanding the mechanical requirements and working environment of a component, ensures we can provide a robust solution to production and manufacturing challenges.We have had customers who come to use with a 3d Printed model all made and CAD data completed, only to find that the way the product has been designed adds cost into tooling, or sometimes makes moulding that design impossible. Therefore, we would always recommend discussing your designs with us a a feasibility assessment and to get injection moulding advise.
