Maxmag Moulded Magnets (Maxmagnets) are Birmingham based, UK manufacturers of injection moulded ferrite magnets. Our ferrite magnets are from the simplest single and two pole ring magnets to complex turbine and impeller magnets. We can manufacture ferrite magnets using the proven method of injection moulding, which means the magnetic component can be a complex shape, with all the repeatability of injection moulding. As our parts are manufactured in one process, there is no additional magnetising fixtures required. There is no requirement for gluing packs of magnets together and balancing them as the magnetic poles are orientated within the material during the manufacturing process.
