Our new award winning Class 8 clean room has been purpose built helping us achieve a Manufacturing Achievement award in October 2014.The cleanroom is fully validated and already working with the ISO9001 Quality Standard procedures. We can provide our customers with a complete service of component design, mould tool manufacture, injection moulding, cleanroom inspection and packaging. In addition to this our expertise in post-operative assembly means we can also offer assembly and packaging of medical devices. Giving our customers confidence that each device has been manufactured, assembled and packaged under one roof with all the traceability and cost effectiveness that this provides.Currently we are adding to this service a procedure packaging service. putting together our mouldings with consumables into single use procedure kits for our customer. This is a really innovative and added value offer that we can now open up to other customers.
